EV's priority legislation in 2010 is:

• Legislation to protect all state and local employees in Virginia from discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation or gender identity; and
• Legislation to repeal the law that keeps private employers from offering group life insurance benefits to domestic partners of their employees.

To be successful in gaining passage of this positive legislation in 2010, we need you to take action now!  Here's what you can do:

• Download a copy of our nondiscrimination workbook so that you can educate and organize your community to help us end workplace discrimination. 
• Sign our online petition showing your support for our nondiscrimination legislation and encourage others to do so as well.
