Amendment Watch
Amendment Watch is a program designed by Equality Virginia to monitor the effects of the so-called "Marriage Amendment" in Virginia.
In addition to researching potential avenues that might be taken to repeal the amendment or minimize the effects of the amendment, Amendment Watch will also assist in providing legal referrals to any unmarried couples who are negatively affected by the passage of amendment.
Please fill out the form below if you have a story to share about the impact of the amendment on your life, need a legal referral or if you are an attorney who is interested in offering services on a pro bono basis.
