Other Ways to Give

We are so incredibly grateful for our supporters who donate, volunteer, and help further our efforts to create a Commonwealth where all are equally valued. We know that you want to help keep equality moving forward in Virginia, we also understand that you likely receive many requests for financial support. With that in mind, we wanted to share with you a few easy ways that you can support EV’s work to end discrimination on all fronts, further racial justice, connect with elected officials, and increase transgender visibility:

 

Create a Facebook Fundraiser. Facebook makes it easy for your friends to donate to a cause you care about without having to leave the site. Annually, we see over $5,000 come in through successful Facebook fundraisers! Reach out to EV when planning your next fundraiser and we will set you up with all the information needed to create a captivating campaign. Turn shopping online at Amazon into a donation for EV. AmazonSmile is a simple and automatic way for you to support your favorite charity every time you shop, at no cost to you. Donate to EV by going to smile.amazon.com, clicking on “Your Account,” and selecting “Change your Charity.” Still have questions? Click here to learn more about Amazon Smile.

 

Grocery shop at Kroger for a cause. Kroger Community Rewards allows you to provide funds for EV’s every time you shop. Simply sign in or create an account. Once signed in, you can enroll or update your Community Rewards to EV under your Account Settings. Scan your Kroger Plus card when you shop and at no cost to you, EV will earn bonus cash!

 

Matching Gifts. Do you already give to EV? If so, your workplace might offer a matching gift program that will allow your gift to multiply! Ask the folks in your human resources department if they offer a matching gift program or click here to check, then just select Equality Virginia as the recipient!

 

Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign. Are you a Virginia State Employee? If so, you can give to EV through the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign which deducts the amount of your choice from each paycheck and goes directly to EV. Visit here or discuss with your human resources team for more info.
