Ty Parr

Ty Parr is the Director of Social Services for Henrico County.  He holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration.  He is a 2019 Graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond.  He has over 25 years of public service for families and children, including work in Juvenile Justice, Social Services and non-profit boards.  Ty’s family includes his husband Steve, and their two greyhounds, Duke, and Luna.  Ty is involved in retired racing greyhound adoption with James River Greyhounds.
