Equality Virginia will host our 21st annual Commonwealth Dinner in October 2024! This event is Virginia’s largest black tie event for LGBTQ+ Virginians and brings together over 800 community members, business leaders, elected officials, and allies. In 2024, we’re excited to host it on the eve of the 10 year anniversary of marriage equality in Virginia. The Commonwealth Dinner is a culmination of all of the hard work being done across Virginia to empower and uplift LGBTQ+ people in our state. Join us in celebrating our many victories, commiting to tackling the many challenges still ahead, and most importantly, learn about how you can support the fight for equality in Virginia.

Your donation to our Silent or Live Auction for the Commonwealth Dinner helps us raise funds for our advocacy and public education work. Contributors will receive recognition of their generosity in a variety of ways, depending on the value of the donation. Examples of recognition donors may receive are: company/business name mention or logo in the event program, Equality Virginia website, Facebook and Instagram, and emails promoting the event.
